Normally, all items will be shipped out via SINGAPORE / MALAYSIA, depending where the items are being shipped to..
All packages will be shipped via REGISTERED AIRMAIL (Small Packet / Parcel) which takes around 5-14 days WORLDWIDE.

Can I pay for the Shipping Cost later?
No. All payment for the Goods & Shipping Cost would have to be in full or your orders would be voided.
If you are combining multiple orders, please make the payment of each individual order in FULL, including the Shipping Cost.
Any extras for the Shipping Cost will be refunded, either along with the goods or to your Paypal after I have mailed out your package.
How long does it takes for the items/products to be shipped out?
There is a Product Lead Time of 2~4 weeks, as all goods are being stored at our warehouse in Japan. Goods will be dispatch to individual buyers once I have received it.
How long does it takes for my package to reach me?
It would depend on where you are located. For Registered Airmail, it would normally take around 7-14 days WORLDWIDE. However, it could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a delay caused by the Post, natural disasters, riots and other situations which are beyond my control.
Will there be a Tracking Number for my package?
Yes, all packages will come with a Tracking Number. I will inform you the Tracking Number once your package is being mailed out.

What if my package was being Return to Sender?
If your package is being returned to me, you will be liable for paying the Shipping Cost again. So please make sure you have input the correct mailing address to avoid situations like this.
What if my package is Lost in Transit?
This will be the most WORST situation to be in. But if it does happen, I am very sorry. However, I will not be responsible for any LOST packages. Therefore, to avid this, kindly please monitor your shipment closely.
Will I incur any custom taxes for my packages?
Normally, I would mark all packages as GIFT and declare a lower amount (almost 80% lower) than the actual cost of the goods, so as to avoid any custom taxes for the buyers. However, in the most unfortunate situation that you are being taxed for the items, please note that buyers are responsible for covering any form of custom fees and taxes.
What if my package is being damaged?
Please note that all items are being shipped out in PERFECT condition. If the postman mishandled your package, I will not be responsible for it. For all FRAGILE items, I will have the FRAGILE sticker on it.
